How to make a Rogue Partner Espresso Martini

With lockdowns lifting nationwide snd the brighter nights rolling in, everyone is meeting up again. What better way to host friends and family than with delicious cocktails? Well we can highly recommend an espresso martini made with our delicious Rogue Partner Coffee.

You will need:

  • 100g golden caster sugar
  • ice
  • 100ml vodka
  • 50ml freshly brewed Rogue Partner espresso coffee
  • 50ml coffee liqueur
  • coffee beans

Recipe:

1) Put the caster sugar in a pan on a medium heat and add in 50ml water. Stir, and bring to the boil

2) When the syrup has cooled, add 1 tbsp into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice, the vodka, Rogue Partner espresso and coffee liqueur. Shake until the shaker feels cool tp the touch.

3) Strain the mix into your martini glasses and garnish with some coffee beans
